This fundraiser to end childhood poverty has been going strong since 2015 in the US (and since 1988 in the UK).Founded and run by the non-profit organization Comic Relief, it uses laughter to raise money and change lives.
In recent years, it’s brought us gems that include the “Love Actually” sequel — “Red Nose Day Actually” — and “Game of Thrones” the musical.
It also comes with a night full of entertainment on NBC tonight (8/7c), and a slew of other opportunities to laugh for a good cause.
