Number Five.

Oh, Disneyland. What a happy, happy place. It was somewhat pathetic that this was even on our pre-baby bucket list, but we both thought it was important to visit Disneyland together just the two of us before eventually going there with children. And judging by the fact that I managed to lose both my cell phone and my park ticket within a 10 minute time frame, that was probably a good idea. I would like to take this moment to virtually thank the lady at the Indiana Jones ride who was holding my phone when I returned in a complete panic. Yes, I actually hugged her.

Aside from the almost-lost-my-phone catastrophe, Disneyland was just perfect. We went on rides, ate churros (and other equally unhealthy treats), people watched, swapped stories from our childhood Disneyland trips, and just had fun. Brett and I try to plan weekend getaways often, but not many of them include screaming our heads off on Space Mountain or kissing in the backseat of Pirates of the Caribbean.

After a whopping 9 hours at Disneyland, we finally ventured over to California Adventure to see the World of Color show. We ordered drinks and nachos at Cove Bar, and watched the show from the balcony, snuggled up under a heat lamp. It was AWESOME and so beautiful!

We hope to cross off at least one more item before our Greece trip. Maybe if our parents are lucky, it will be number six.
