Ouch! There is No Easy Way to Fall

Well I had a bit of a scare on Friday night; I had a fall and landed awkwardly which resulted in a trip to the hospital so that the babies and I could be checked over. I was so scared and felt panicked until I got told the babies were both okay.

It was perfectly awful and up until the point that I got told the babies were both okay it felt like everything was moving in slow motion. I was so afraid that the babies were damaged, and that my falling down would have hurt them irrevocably. That being said though, when I was at the hospital and they let me hear their strong little heartbeats and I felt them both wriggling about, I can honestly say that I have never felt so much relief. I really could not bear for anything to happen to them, I would be heartbroken.
I am going to be super careful from now on, and if I feel dizzy I am just going to sit down.
