As we head into another week, there are few things more motivating than food, and in these warm summer months enjoying those meals outdoors is a seasonal pleasure for many…Of course, if you’re stuck at work, in class, or otherwise engaged, it can be difficult to find the time.
Really, summer is full of fun events that it can feel like you “don’t have the time for.” But guess what? You probably do.
I’m not here to schedule your life for you, just to remind you (and myself) to make time for the fun things too.
Whether it’s a picnic, a pool day, a concert, or whatever your favorite summer pastime is, do yourself a favor and do it.
So this Monday, don’t forget to find the motivation for the pleasures of the season, they’re just as important as those things on your to-do list.
