I know most of us don’t want to think about the cold right now, but “The Old Farmer’s Almanac,” provided an unwelcome reminder this past week that winter is coming…whether we like it or not.
If that cold reminder has you clinging even tighter to those warm, summer days, don’t worry, it gets worse.
The Almanac’s forecast calls for frigid temperatures that are well below normal pretty much every where in the continental U.S. Also, there will be snow, and lots of it. Even in those places where you wouldn’t expect snow.
But don’t despair, there’s still hope. “The Farmer’s Almanac,” (26 years younger that its “Old” competitor) doesn’t release its forecast until August 24th. Who knows, maybe they’ll call for slightly less snow.
