This What to Watch Wednesday, other than reminding you to watch for groundhog shadows tomorrow morning (bring on the sunshine!), I thought I’d keep things simple and uncomplicated (and necessarily redundant).
I know tensions are high for a lot of people right now (for various reasons that I’ll leave outside of this particular blog post).
But I think I have a remedy (to be clear that’s not a cure, but it is a necessary moment of relaxation).
I think it’s time for a good old-fashioned movie night…
But not just any movie night. No, we need something inspiring, a story that truly touches our world’s soul right now and motivates us all to be our best.
And it just so happens that Netflix has reached into our nation’s soul (or perhaps read a headline or two) and found the perfect film: “Finding Dory”
Much like the recent adventure of Ollie, the runaway bobcat, Dory’s heroic adventure brings her face to face with an array of exotic creatures, walls, and ultimately back home, safe but wiser.
So, like Dory, press on, keep fighting the good fight, subscribe to a reliable news source or two (little known fact: Dory is on top of her current events), be kind, and of course…
