{Recipe} Mince And Vegetable Pasties

I wanted to make something for my husband to take to work for his lunches and that I could freeze. After making the baked bean pinwheels I realised how easy it was to make things using puff pastry. I have only made sausage rolls or pies a few times in my life before. Hubby loves those kinds of things and they are easy lunches. I scrolled through Taste.com.au for some inspiration and then I set off to make up my own recipe with what I had available in the fridge and pantry.

I also decided to try to make some mini ones for the twins to try.

Ingredients:

Sheets of puff pastry (number depends on how many you want to make)

170gms Tomato Paste

500gms mince

1 Carrot

1 Zuchinni

1 medium onion
