Reflections A to Z Challenge April 2016

This is not a typical reflections post. I took a deep breath and wrote this post which looks more like a letter to myself. Finally, rather than hosting it on my own blog, I took a much deeper breath and sent it to A to Z team so that I can share the lessons learnt.
