I love and I mean LOVE melon, every day for breakfast I have a massive piece of it so I was pretty chuffed to see this Melon Lucozade on Kev's Snack Reviews. Mr Review Addict managed to track us down a bottle in our local newsagent.
Now Lucozade may not be as healthy as actual melon but if you need some glucose in your life then it is definitely the way to go. Melonade is a melon and lime sparkling drink with tropical fruit juices. As well as melon and lime juices it also contains pineapple, mango and passion fruit juices. A 380ml bottle contains 235 calories and cost 95p
Melonade looks a bit like cloudy lemonade. I like to think of myself as a bit of a melon connoisseur and I would definitely say that this drink tastes like honeydew melon which is a bit of a result as it happens to be my favorite melon.
Verdict
I wasn't completely sure about a fizzy melon drink but it works really well and it is seriously refreshing. I'm sad that it is a limited edition!
