Quality Street Fudge McFlurry
Having already tried the Orange Flavoured Chocolate Pie from the McDonalds Festive Menu, I thought that I would sample another one of their Christmassy delights; this time the Quality Street Fudge McFlurry.
Quality Street Fudge McFlurryThis McFlurry is the usual soft dairy ice cream with chocolate and fudge pieces and swirled with chocolate toffee sauce.  It will set you back a hefty 390 calories.
I must confess that I do not usually buy Quality Street as I can take or leave quite a few of the chocolates.  However, if I am ever offered one then I will always choose the little pink fudge so this McFlurry really appealed to me.
The chocolate toffee sauce was very thick and sticky and it tasted very rich.  The little chocolate and fudge pieces (which were also covered in chocolate) were really tasty and there was a good mix of the 2.
Verdict Now I think everyone knows that the secret to a good McFlurry is a decent amount of toppings and/or sauce and a good mix.  As luck would have it this McFlurry had both; it was packed with the chocolate and chocolate fudge pieces and the sauce was constant throughout.  Obviously this all depends on the person making the McFlurry so clearly I was lucky last night.
