Good morning running fans!
It’s an early morning of running for us, as we embark on another Rock ‘n’ Roll half-marathon. So, we’re going to keep this brief and wish all of the other runners (including frequent comment contributor [and our father] OMC) the best of luck.
Of course we’re all hoping for the run of our lives, but whether it’s painful or perfect remember what really matters is that you started…and finished, you can do it, push through.
