Saturday Happiness...The Perfect Protein Shake

As you know, Z and I have started taking super awesome Muay Thai kick boxing classes. We go various evenings throughout the week but it's also become our Saturday morning ritual. On beautiful, sunny days we hop on the bike and zoom on over, kick some butt and head home to enjoy the rest of the day. 
We've found that the first thing we want to do after class is eat. Partly because we get out around 12:30 and partly because we're in desperate need of nourishment after such a great workout. We've started making afternoon protein shakes to feed the hunger and help replenish our bodies. 
We've tried a few different combos and while Z prefers blueberries, mangos and PB, I've found my favorite:

I also added a little apple juice for some tang :)
SO GOOD!
