…Settle In

…Settle InWith less than two weeks till Christmas it's officially crunch time for holiday film viewing. You only have two weekends (three tops) to openly enjoy your favorite films of the season without fear of judgement.

Of course, you also have to finish the shopping, wrapping, baking, and the rest of your to-do list. In other words, it's time to prioritize.

If you're not sure where to start, you've come to the right place. Grab some hot cocoa, sit back, relax and enjoy the heartwarming nostalgia of these holiday classics...

"A Muppet Christmas Carol"

When it comes to "A Christmas Carol" there are plenty to choose from, but none of them can truly hold a candle to the Muppets. From a blue, furry Charles Dickens to a truly terrifying Ghost of Christmas Future it is perfection.

"Polar Express"

Train travel, hot chocolate, Santa, and lessons learned - are just a few reasons this heartwarming expansion of the classic children's book has become a classic.

"Elf"

I have one word for you -- SANTA!!!

"Meet Me in St. Louis"

If you're looking for something a little more old school, you really can't beat Judy Garland making Tootie ugly cry with her rendition of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas." As an added bonus, compared to other classic holiday films, it's aged fairly well.

Obviously this is not a complete list, but it's a good start. The key to a great holiday film is anything that makes your insides feel as warm and cozy as a comfy couch and an extra blanket. Happy holiday viewing.
