Posted on the 30 August 2015 by Jamie Gall @50states50wines

Disclosure: I was invited to try out VivaioDays.Com.  All Opinions are my own.  I chose the products and this is what I created through them.

With so many online shops to choose from, finding one that stands out can often times be the HARD part, but whenever I hear about a place that TRULY gives back to others in need, that is a place I want to shop at.

As soon as you sign up on VivaioDays.Com you will be connected to a child in Africa. You need shop for what you need.  And then for every 10 Dollars You Spend, 1 Dollar will go to your Vivaio Child in Africa.  1 Dollar Covers Education, Meal and HealthCare for 1 Day! It is that EASY!

BUT, it doesn’t stop there. VivaioDays cares about Your family too, and is why they only support companies that are sustainable and fit in with their companies mission and goals.  Meaning, the products they choose to curate are also GREAT for your family too.  A win win situation.

So, what did I do with my VivaioDays.Com purchases?

My other half and I have recently been working on our front porch area of our home.  We wanted to create a place of serenity to hang out at during those cool summer nights in California, when it cools down long enough to actually enjoy the weather in California.

As a big fan of Wine, and food, we soon noticed all the fun Grace & I items on VivaioDays and created our own Wine and Food Pairing night:

The perfect Wine and Food Pairing starts with the right Serving Platter.  This beautiful bambu classic cutting and serving plank was just the trick.

And then we begin to add our items:

These Fig and Nut Press and the Choco Berry Fruit Press from Grace & I tasted delicious.  And they were so easy to cut into.  The chocolates came from Original Beans, and were delicious.

And then you add in the Grace & I jams.  We had two varietals: The Quine + Apple + Cranberry preserve, and the Raspberry Peach Champagne preserve.  They were both delicious but I was partial to the Raspberry Peach Champagne.

The only thing left to add were the crackers.  Bought separately:

As I had it all set up on the front porch table, I called my other half and we enjoyed the wine along with our sweet treats during the night’s Sunset.  It was the perfect night outing.
