The world of style got quite the scare earlier this week.
It all started when an Australian paper published a quote from an eye doctor stating that side-bangs (or if you prefer, the hair-over-the-eyes look) can cause lazy eye.
If proven true, the world’s emos and Hollywood starlets are in trouble.
Naturally, because that statement makes perfect sense, the story spread like wildfire.
Luckily for all the young starlets and emos, the “theory” was disproven shortly after by logic and someone with a degree.
For those of you who were a little too fast with the scissors, well, consider this a lesson learned, unless they find that short bangs can cause the loss of short-term memory…
