Someone Give Jesse Spencer an Award!

Posted on the 08 November 2011 by Actuallystrange @ActuallyStrange

I want to congratulate Jesse Spencer on being the only duckling on House M.D. to last through to the current season. I have no idea why David Shore is insistent on fixing what isn’t broken and attempting to fix what he broke by trying to fix it, but congrats to Jesse Spencer for making it through.

I used to love House. It was a mix of medicine and drama. I hoped that House and Cameron would get together; they clearly had the most chemistry. Unfortunately, David Shore did something unusual and decided to destroy a perfectly good thing by getting rid of Jennifer Morrison. I’m still not sure why.

Now, Olivia Wilde is gone. Apparently, David Shore’s ultimate goal is to make sure that Hugh Laurie has zero chemistry with every woman on the show. And no, I’m not including Lisa Edelstein in that category. That wasn’t chemistry; that was a train wreck of epic proportion.

That jury is still out on Odette Yustman but I think they’re trying to set her up with Chase since they got rid of Thirteen and Cameron before her.

I don’t know what the point of the show is anymore. The only reason I’m still watching the show to catch the mistakes in Hugh Laurie’s accent.

He never had an American accent on House. It was always more Canadian but now it’s becoming increasingly more English. I think it’s great! What kind of insane person actually prefers a North American accent to a English accent? I mean, really? :D

I’m watching the new episode of House right now. I think this may just a medical comedy now; I think they overloaded on so much drama during the last seven years that that part of the show is over.

All I know is, the amount of viewers has been decreasing since season three. So, David Shore, if you’re listening: less and less people will watch your show as time goes on because it is becoming worse. This means you need to make it better; please don’t destroy it further.
