Sometimes "life" Gets in the Way

SOMETIMES
How many times have you heard this? Ok, maybe not this exact phrase but how about:
"Not tonight, I have a headache."
"I'm too tired. Leave me alone."
"Ugh, really? You just got it last week!"
"I'm not feeling sexy tonight."
Any others you'd like to add?  Well these are all excuses for not wanting to get MAC SEXAY in the bedroom, shower, or wherever else you get your swanker on. But are these excuses legitimate?

I'd like to say "Yes" to an extent. Headaches happen. If you ate a large meal, you may not be feeling sexy. Matter of fact you may be feeling a lil bloated. Tired? Yep. Do you work a strenuous job? Long hours or wake up before the roaster crows and go to work?
Yes, it can happen. This is called "LIFE" and yes, it can get in the way! But what do you do when that happens?  Well, you could let it go for awhile. Rant, argue about it, accuse each other of cheating, etc. Eventually, you will give up the petty arguing and accusing and just let it go. LIFE GOES ON!
Do you like it? Probably not but is it enough to divorce or leave your hubs or partner over? Some may think "YES", others may remember a vow they took "For Better, For Worse, In Sickness, and In Death". Remember those words? Most of you probably said 'em or something pretty damn close.
Well a friend of mine is getting divorced. Why? LIFE got in the Way! "A" says to "B", I'm not attracted to you anymore. There hasn't been in "riding" in that house for quite some time. Is it selfish to just want to escape and not try and get back that "Loving Feeling"?
What do you think?
Personally, my marriage isn't a fairy tale. LIFE has gotten in the Way but I'm dealing with it. Is my hubs dealing? I would like to think "YES" and not accuse him of cheating and such. LIFE happens. People get tired. Kids get in the way. Animals get in the way.
SOMETIMES
Could be a number of reasons BUT was the main reason you married or got with your partner, just for some bronco riding in the sack? Wasn't there other things? He was handsome; She was a BRICK HOUSE. He is a gentleman; She is very nurturing. He is an awesome provider; She is an awesome housekeeper.
There should be many more reasons you got with your mate. Is a couple month or year lull in the SEXAY department a good enough reason to forsake your vows and split?
Talk to me. I'd love to hear your thoughts. :)
