I had such a busy start of 2017 especially that my mama and bunso spent their new year celebration and almost a month of vacation here with us in the PH. They usually come every 2-3 years. It was like, everyday we have a schedule and a place to go to so we can their stay here. After I sent them to the airport last January 19th, me and Chuchai stayed in East Bay Residences, in my friend's condo unit.
I'm already quite familiar with the place since I've inquired here last year, they are formerly Tribeca Private Residences.
We stayed in this tower. I believe they currently have 4 towers and will add more soon.
Their pool area is really nice. Some of the amenities are:

My friend has two units for rent (both 1 Bedroom), this is their furnished unit, the other one is bare. I arrived around 9PM after all my errands that day hence the lighting.

Funny story, I was still sleeping when I heard Chuchai barking. I was alarmed and thought maybe someone is outside the door or what but then, she saw pala a kid outside playing with a ball.

The place if perfect if you want a quick getaway in the city. In case you have a relative who will visit the country and looking for a nice home to stay, I asked for the terms so you can easily check it here:
For rent:

Bare:
Short term monthly: 18,000.00
Long term monthly: 15,000.00
Furnished:
Short term monthly: 22,000.00
Long term monthly: 20,000.00
Per night: 2,000.00
Conditions: 1 Month advance, 1 Month deposit. To avail of long term rate, rental should be minimum of 6 months.
- INCLUSIVE of Association Dues
- EXCLUSIVE of electricity and water. Tenant should shoulder payment for his own consumption.
- 1month Advance, 1month Deposit in cash is required. Deposit will be returned at the end of the term provided that the tenant is cleared from electricity, water, association dues, and damages in the property (if any).
Overall, Chuchai and I enjoyed our staycation here. Even though I wasn't able to dive in the pool since Chuchai is not allowed in the pool area and I don't wanna leave her locked up in the unit, we just roamed around the whole place, running here and there. I bet she had so much fun interacting with the kids in the Kiddie Playground.
I also appreciate the amenities here. Almost all the basic stores and services that you need, they have it inside so you don't need to travel and go to the mall. It's also accessible to nearby supermarkets - SM Hyper, SM BF, Shopwise Sucat, Robinsons Starmall, and Ayala Southpark. Ideal for those working in Makati, Parañaque, Muntinlupa, and Laguna areas (1-2 jeepney/bus rides).
