A few weeks ago I was invited to visit House of Celesty Shinagawa in their main clinic in Shinagawa Lasik and Aesthetics Enterprise Makati to try some of their products and derma treatments which I'll be talking more about as we go along in this post.
Before we proceed to the treatment, I was asked to fill out a Patient's Form to collect all important and necessary information. Then next is the consultation with the doctor.
During the consultation, you can ask anything you want to know about the procedure and your skin. In my case since my skin not really that problematic, my main concerns are my oily skin and huge pores. Synchroderm Plus Treatment is perfect for me. The doctor also mentioned about the Fractional Laser but it's for severe skin cases like if you have pitted scars and acne.
After the consultation, I proceed to the beauty room to remove my makeup and wash my face. They also have a display of all Derma Celesty products here.
I used the Celesty Whitening Cleansing Soap. All Celesty products are 100% made in Japan. Being a huge fan of anything Japanese, imagine my excitement to try their derma products! What I noticed after 1 wash, it's very gentle on skin, removes makeup, and leaves the skin super soft and smooth (baby butt skin sort of!)

The treatment was conducted by a licensed and trained nurse so you don't have to worry, you are in good hands with this. It takes about 20-30 minutes for the whole face. You both have to use goggles / eye protection since it's a laser treatment.
Is it painful? Not really, you can feel super light tingling sensation as the laser hits targeted spots on your skin but it's very tolerable. I remember feeling sleepy during the treatment.

For my case, it will take me around 10 sessions to minimize my pores and oily skin. This depends on your skin condition. Interval is every two weeks. You can see the difference already after 1 session.

Overall, I'm very satisfied with the treatment. I'm planning to take the 10 sessions once I have my fixed schedule so I won't miss any session and get the best results. Of course I'll keep you posted!
