Tag Rugby Time - 118/365

Today Ben started tag rugby after school. He has been looking forward to it all week and the good news is that he told me he really enjoyed it. They definitely got lots of excercise with an hour of pretty much non stop running about so not only is it fun, but great excercise too which I'm pleased about.
