Take Off Scarlet promises many things in one go. Firstly, it promises to satisfy your tempting desires to have good food. Secondly, it promises to test your vocal cords and ears to fullest in the midst of extremely loud music. Thirdly, it promises to provide you a nice place to sit and enjoy. And fourthly, it promises to test your eyes too with lights going too dim. In addition, you have a nice dance floor to test your dancing skills and stamina. To start with, I will talk about Veg Appetizers first. Sunahri Paneer Tikka and Dahi Ke Kebab are fantastic. Tomato Basil Bruschetta is just about average in preparation and taste. Mushroom & Cheese Malted is probably the king among veg starters options. In non-veg appetizers Murg Malai Tikka and Chilli Chicken are good. Drums of Heaven is not too great. In the main course, Dal Makhani and Paneer Lababdar are good in preparation, taste, and presentation. In the non-veg section, Chicken Biryani is good. So is TOS Special Butter Chicken.

Take Off Scarlet needs a special mention for its desserts. TOS Special Shahi Tukda is fine. Brownie with Ice Cream is something you should not miss here after finishing your main course.
