52 Week Project – Week 3 – Teamwork.
So this week I’m blogging on Monday (should have been yesterday), however this is drastic improvement! Maybe this week I’ll be on time! 
I’m making this week quite a relaxed blog post. I presume some rants will follow, but we’ll see. So! Teamwork. What is team work? Well obviously, it’s not working alone. I guess you gathered. Or not. Some people, when working in a team, think that’s it’s an opportunity to listen in to ideas, suggestions etc, steal them, and create their own piece of work. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. You may or may not have guessed that I have had some issues working as a team in the past. And this isn’t just when working on a project as such, it’s also when working together to get something done, i.e, at work. How hard is it to commuuuuuuunicate!? Apparently very hard! If people just stood back and looked at the big picture in life, how hard is it to let other people take credit for things, especially for their own achievements!? No, not very, I didn’t think so. But some people find it enjoyable to sabotage, and set people up, for what reasons I can’t understand. I’ve definitely learnt this week that it HELPS, yes helps, to talk to people, get their opinion, help them out too, because you never know how it will help you too.
So this week, shall we all take the time to help others and work together? Yes? Wonderful.
Next weeks word is ‘Grotesque‘ …right up my street! I’m sure that won’t be a rant!
