I'm honestly grateful we've been blessed with a few more days of good weather, this long peaceful autumn is an equinoctial bliss considering the fact that we haven't managed to fix our heating system.
We've had some chilly nights, but fortunately they weren't chilly enough to freeze our butts. So, in the meantime, we bake bran bread, play with our cats and ... we keep each other warm :). I discovered yesterday one last red rose, blooming solitary and brave in the middle of my desolate garden. In a few days we'll probably experience the first rime, so we voluptuously enjoy every second of these last sunny days.
