Tibetan monk prayer

1. If you like something - say it.
2. If you don't like something- say it.
3. If you miss someone - call him.
4. You want to meet someone - call him.
5. If you don't know something- ask.
6. If you want something - ask for it.
7. Never argue.
8. If you want to be understood - explain.
9. If it is your fault, admit it and don't search for reasons to justify yourself.
10. Remember that everyone has their own truth and it often does not coincide with yours.
11. Do not chat with people who do not feel well.
12. The most important thing in life is love, everything else is vanity.
13. The problems of people are only in their heads.
14. The surrounding world is neither good nor bad - it is what it is.
15. Try to get pleasure from every moment.
16. Remember that life is lived here and now.
17. Remember that you are not obliged to anyone.
18. Remember that no one is obliged to you.
19. Don't be afraid to spend time and money for the pleasure to know the world.
20. Believe in yourself.
21. Trust your feelings.
