"These Are My Words, but This is Not My Voice"- Roger Ebert

I'm going to date myself (age-wise) a lot here: The name Gene Siskel doesn't mean much to me. As a huge fan of movies and a critic, I have encountered the name before the writing of this, so no worries there, but when I read the snippets from critics on DVD cases, the names I most recognize are Ebert & Roeper. Possessing a career dabbling in five decades, Roger Ebert is a film critic who's name I am quite familiar with. Whether with reverence or disdain, Ebert's career is nothing to be scoffed at and something to be respected and learned from. He is the author of more than a handful of books and provides a wit to critiquing that makes it entertaining despite your interest in the film being reviewed or in his opinion about it.
