Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
It’s that one day of the year (and the closest weekend) where everyone gets to pretend to be Irish, and those of us who actually Irish get to show just a little bit of extra pride in our heritage.
Okay, maybe it’s not so much pride as gratitude that our ancestors helped to inspire a somewhat legitimate excuse to cut out of work early to drink during the work week. Either way, it’s a good day to be Irish, or even just pretend to be Irish.
