Happy Emmy Monday!
We went over this yesterday when we made our picks, but in case you missed it; yes, that’s Emmy, as in the Emmy Awards presented by the Television Academy.
Oh, and, that’s Monday, as in today, meaning the Emmys are on a Monday night. I know, the world is upside down.
Tonight’s awards are hosted by Seth Meyers, and promise a ton of surprises. In the golden age of television, it’s nearly impossible to pick the winners.
It may be a cliché, but it’s an honor to be nominated, considering all the competition. Every award could be anyone’s to claim (assuming you were nominated). Although, if you’re up against “Breaking Bad,” I wouldn’t spend too much time on your acceptance speech.
Of course, no matter who wins, it should be an entertaining night of television.
…and with a special tribute to Robin Williams planned, you might want to have a box of tissues on hand.
