Yes, it’s that one day a year where we all tell ourselves that we’ll turn off all unnecessary electricity from 8:30 to 9:30 (local time), but here’s the thing…yes, yes I am about to bargain with Mother Nature, sit back and watch…
It’s March Madness, so what’s unnecessary any other month of the year has the potential to cause bodily harm should we attempt to turn it off during this, the maddest of all months.
So, I suppose we have two options:
- Start charging your devices now so you can both keep your earth-loving dignity not miss a moment of streaming NCAA goodness.
- Or you can throw caution and your environmental moral code to the wind and watch basketball in the dark.
Either way, take a minute (or 60) today to do something good for the planet. You’ll be glad you did.
