The Six Nations is well and truly underway now. We’ve all been on the edge of our seats rooting for our teams in the Buy As You View (BAYV) offices across the regions. In case you haven’t managed to watch all the games, here’s a quick round-up of how the league table is looking at the moment:
Who will win?
England is in the top spot with four points, having won both their games against Scotland and Ireland. They are now the only team still able to secure a Grand Slam victory. Bottom of the board is France, who were beaten by Italy in Rome and then lost to Wales in Paris. Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Italy all have two points, having won and lost one game each, so it’s a close call.
Rugby fans will have to wait two weeks for the next bit of action, but the first two weekends have certainly given them plenty to talk about. England’s Owen Farrell is being hailed as the new Jonny Wilkinson and Welsh supporters, while gutted that the their team won’t lead their country to Grand Slam after last year’s fantastic result, are still hopeful for a win after their comeback against France.
