Weekend Recap & Ornament Swap Reveal

Happy Monday! Eeek! I am so excited it is the week of Thanksgiving and there are only two more days left in my work week. The students will be gone tomorrow, but at least I will have some quiet time to get some things done. I have to say, days off for Thanksgiving and Christmas is one of the many perks of working in higher education, or education period really.
To prep for the holidays, my husband and I went to Opelika {Tiger Town} to browse and see what we wanted to get for our apartment. We had a blast. Here's how it went:
{left to right} 1. World Market: seriously obssessed. 2. World Market: soda, soda, soda.  3. Christmas tree lighting. 4. A beautiful fall day: walking to lunch.  5. Starbucks & Target together = heart happy. 6. Night driving and Christmas cheer. 7. Christmas with the Kranks. 8. Chili night. 9. Finished product: Turkey chili, cornbread muffins, and brownies.
