I had to feature this. Whilst it may just be about self improvement for the sake of finding a man, for me it was about self worth and self respect. Treating yourself as a work in progress means you don't have to be perfect. The people you will attract by being the best version of yourself aren't just going to be a potential boyfriend, but what could be life long friends and potential employers... you just never know!
