We moved into our new house in March of this year and the time just seems to have flown by. We haven't even lived here a year yet, but I feel like I've lived here much longer. I feel happy, comfortable, content. It's a truly lovely feeling.
And it's not always perfect. And the daily mess and the dirt drive me crazy. The mold we are currently battling with makes me mad. And the cats have ripped up the new carpets. The third bedroom hasn't been touched decorating wise and is like a mini warehouse for my Husbands business, it's not attractive, but it's home, just until we get around to sorting it all out.
Home is a place where you create the best memories, it's the place where you chase each other around the house laughing, it's where you display all of your sentimental photographs and trinkets. Where your family and you eat dinner every evening and go to sleep every night.
Home is the best place on earth.
