Where have I been is the question. Between fibro flares, fatigue, building the gluten free chef, and wrapping up summer I have been busier than ever. I always feel like I’m in a perpetual state of disrepair, doing to much but never enough? Is it just me who feels this way? Fibro just sucks that way. One day I’m up the next I’m down. Almost there almost home. But most of the time almost doesn’t count. Oh well as is this life. We I am we are blessed in more ways than we know. Fall has been beautiful and with the exception of today the last two weeks here in Rochester have been simply amazing. Blue skies, sunshine and warmth. I’ll take it. Winter is less than a stone’s throw away. Leaving for Nashville in about 3 weeks and I can’t pretend that that doesn’t mean a thing to me. It’s almost here. Keep fighting.
