Why do you keep returning,
When you are sure you don't want to be more than friends
And you know exactly well
That I love you more than I can tell.
You leave without a regard,
But come back crying,
When someone's broken your heart,
And I give you my support unconditionally.
I am a fool,
Playing by no rules,
I let you in each time,
Thinking that you might commit.
But this time, I am shutting the door tight,
Knowing you too well,
Don't come and knock,
Unless you have the answer.
