Your Search For Happiness Ends Here by Anubha Gupta #BookReview

If I had to change the title of Your Search For Happiness Ends Here, it would have been Your Search For Happiness Begins Here. The reason for this is quite simple. This book by Anubha Gupta presents you a new way of looking at happiness. In fact, the points given by Anubha are very fundamental but unfortunately, in this mad race of ambitions and careers, we usually skip those points unknowingly. Interestingly, ignorance is not a bliss in this case. If you ignore your own happiness, you start ignoring life. Rather you start ignoring yourself. That is what this book emphasizes on. As a matter of fact, the book is for everyone. Because happiness is important in everyone’s life. Irrespective of age, gender, and social status. While reading this book you might wonder how could you afford to ignore these important and valuable facts of life.

When you start reading Your Search For Happiness Ends Here by Anubha Gupta, it might appear as if you know it all. It might be true also. But the bad part is not valuing this portion of that knowledge and not acknowledging those facts in real life. Though it is just 182 pages of wisdom, the book appears as thick as a 400+ page book. The reason for that is the premium quality of the paper.  Cover image matches well with the title and theme of this non-fiction self-help book. There is a 2-page questionnaire right in the beginning. These are 5 objective type questions to ascertain what type of person you are in real life. Out of 5 types, it could be Star, Activator, Shadow, Critic, or Hermit. Just answer the questions sincerely to find out what type are you. It is no good or bad in any type.

Your Search For Happiness Ends Here – A Good Beginning

Overall, Your Search For Happiness Ends Here is a good beginning of a new chapter in life. Do give it a try and you will feel happy with this decision.
