14 Week Bumpdate

How far along: 14 weeks
Size of baby: Lemon
Baby's weight: 3.4 in 1.5 oz
My total weight gain: We don't have a scale so again, another free week! I'll have an accurate weight gain next week :) 
Baby's development: Thumb sucking, toe wiggling, making urine and breathing amniotic fluid as the liver, kidneys, and spleen continue to develop. Lanugo (thin hair) is growing all over the body for warmth! 
Stretch marks: None.
Maternity clothes: Still fitting into some shorts and pants but sundresses have been my best friend. 
Gender: As you may have seen last week on the blog and Instagram, it's a GIRL! Hoping our ultrasound on the 23rd of August confirms the same :) 
Movement: None yet. 
Sleep: Still waking up to go to the bathroom but only once or twice, not 3-4! 
What I miss: Feeling thin and clear skin. 
Food cravings: Can't think of anything specific... maybe yogurt and granola?
Symptoms: Lower back pain, sore breasts, mild breakouts, and super emotional.
Nolan is: so stinkin' smart. He's up to "E" in his ABC's and just amazes me with new words everyday.
Zach is: so relieved for the board to be over! He went yesterday and will be a Sergeant as of September 1st :) 
What I'm looking forward to: Getting the heck away from NY. 
Best moments: Bubba's new saying "a hug" followed by throwing his arms around my neck. 
Funny things: Crazy people. They just make me laugh. 
Not so funny things: Mine and Z's time together dwindling down :/
