Positives:
Work out at least 3 times a week. (Compared to ZERO the past few months)
Cut down on my soda intake. (Usually get a large coke, now usually 20 oz a day)
Drink more water. (Normal day I have 5-6 cups of water) I'm horrible at measuring because I fill my cup before its empty.
Negatives:
I still sleep in, and don't get up to do a quick workout.
Haven't completed a WHOLE day of Blogilates.
Still drinking pop.
Not losing the weight as quickly as I want.
Today I have planned cardio and total body as my workout for the day.
I am hoping to complete week 2 of Couch to 5K. I'm going to do a few workout videos tonights as well.
