2012 Year In Review

Posted on the 31 December 2012 by Lifeofasportswife @jessaolson
This year had it's ups and downs. I am super excited for the upcoming year. Gary and I have some great goals and resolutions ahead of us this year that we are committed to this year. First off, we need to recap the year.
I hope everyone has loved my review this past week. I had a blast going back through everything.

January
We started off the year great heading to the gym and doing life. I was blogging, but it was mostly private or not many read it. I wasn't out and about like I am now.
February
February was a tough month of blogging. I only blogged twice.
March
March wasn't that much better.
April
April was the start of it all. I started blogging more consistantly than the past. I also started an A to Z challenge. That was a lot of fun. I'm excited to do it again this year.
I also went to a Bloggers meeting in April with my friend, Falen at Upward not Inward.
May
May was a little scattered with posts. Mostly about sports and faith. I was (and still am) trying to find my voice or my niche. To this day, I still don't think I know how I would describe my blog. I write about interests and inspires me.
June
I tried to start a Marriage Monday series, but I don't think many people read. Also it just got to be much with working full time. I was an event planner at the time so work was crazy.
July
July was all about sports. I love sports and so does my hubbie. For the new year I'm thinking of ways to educate girls in more detail about sports and all the sports that are out there.
August
August was a horrible month for blogging. We were moving to AZ. Now I know to have guest bloggers blog for me.
September
This month was a cluster of topics ranging from book reviews to sporting events. It was our first month is Arizona and I was blogging about everything.
October
October I tried to keep up with the 31 day challenge. I chose fitness, and it was fun but exhausting in more ways than one. I'm going to keep doing it for the future and see how it goes.
November
I team with up and joined Matrimony Monday. I was super excited about this because it was something on my heart for a very long time. I need to be better on praying for my husband and our life. We need to remember to keep Christ at the center of it all.
The rest of my posts are random and about various topics. I was also doing the 10 Day Challenge.
December
This month was a cluster of things trying to finish the year strong. I have a lot of great things coming in for the future. Anything you want me to write about let me know.
