The American Gem Trade Association has announced the winners of its 2013 AGTA Spectrum and Cutting Edge Awards. This year marked the 29th anniversary of the Spectrum Awards, which recognize jewelry designers working in natural colored gemstones and cultured pearls in fine jewelry designs. The Cutting Edge Awards honor lapidary artists who facet, carve, and create objects of art with colored stones and pearls.
