The Cultured Pearl Association announced the winners of the 2013-2014 International Pearl Design Contest celebrating innovative pearl jewelry designs from artists around the globe. This year's competition featured entries from 15 countries judged by industry experts including Senior Editor Jennifer Heebner of JCK magazine, Fragments founder Janet Goldman, and Jean François Bibet of Cartier.
