Outside it's cold and sleety and gray and Glasgow. Inside it's spicy and warm and zingy and exciting. I'd also like to say it's unmistakeably Vietnamese, but I've never been there, so I don't know.
Much as a visit to authenticate the food would be marvellous, I'm going to have to take the word of the people behind the wonderful The Hanoi Bike Shop on Ruthven Lane, Glasgow.
