275/365 A Rainbow on My Plate

I love colours - the brighter the better. I have long since stopped waiting to grow out of wanting the brightest, loudest thing in the shop. It's fair to say I'm never going to have a beige moment or be happy in dun, sludge, mouse or mole - they even sounds bland and boring.

So when Argos asked if I'd like to review something from their Colour Match range I was delighted. Some time later I was slightly less than delighted. Once again I couldn't make up my mind - pink sheets (lovely but can't see the Boys going for them), blue and green towels (lovely but the airing cupboard is full and I haven't got time for the necessary cull right now) or purple fizz table lamps (I'm keen but then I remember that every lamp in this house gets knocked over several times a day).

Then I see it - a multi-coloured dinner set and multi-coloured mugs. Crockery suffers from high attrition due to my insistence on the Boys emptying the dishwasher. Crockery it is then.

Obviously it's never exactly a happy ending though. I love the crockery and so do the boys. Only now they fight about who gets which coloured plate...

Disclosure: Argos sent me the crockery to review.
