Todays challenge made me think :) always a good thing, and then when I was at work I saw this beauty Kale sitting there being all photogenic. I have a wee addiction with Kale this year, even ornamental!! I will one day soon do a post on how to make Kale chips :) If you have never liked Kale before you will after you try it baked…so delicious. But for today we have a lovely ornamental white Kale at the Campbell River Garden Centre!!
