Before getting ready for work, I did a quick morning workout from Pinterest.
50 jumping jacks
5 pushups
20 crunches
20 mountain climbers
30 second plank My other workout is sleep. I went home and feel asleep. I didn't feel well last night. I was very disappointed in myself. G noticed too because he asked me why I was so stressed out. I wasn't really stressed out, but more like I want to work out but I just don't have the energy.
On a positive side I did only have 12 oz of pop yesterday. Slowly but surely I will be drinking more water.
