304/365 Day 1 can there be anything left to reveal?

There are so many sweeties left in the kids' Halloween haul, I'm taking pictures of them not eating them.

November 2013 is NaBloPoMo which means National Blog Post Month - a post a day for a month. I'm inspired by Vonnie - a woman who wears many hats - who has also come up with a list of prompts.

OK, I'll confess. After 304 days of a picture a day I'm running a little low on inspiration so the idea of being told what to blog about for a month is more than a little tempting... and possibly the main attraction of NaBloPoMo.

Day 1, then, says: "Share with us something we may not already know about you."

Right. Wracks brain. Ponders. Um.

Only, after blogging for nearly seven years and publishing more than 1,200 posts, there can't be very much you don't know about me. Really. Or at least nothing worth staying awake to read.

For example, I grind my teeth, have a reptile tattoo and I have whiskers on my chin. See how sexy I am?

My domestic achievements aren't very impressive - my desk is a tip and I'm a born-again flake. So slutty and chaotic - great.

I frightened a young window cleaner with my trampoline antics once and my husband thinks I look like Columbo.

Of course as well as looking like the fictional detective (who, in a spooky twist of fate, was played by a man who died the day after he was featured on my blog), I have real brushes with fame. Gazza, Kate Winslet and Marco Pierre White.

Ha. I'll bet you thought I'd save some interesting stuff for the end there...

Otherwise I'm 46, slightly overweight, and so lacking in me-time that I wouldn't know what to do with any if I found some.

I'll be writing something just as exciting as this every day for the rest of the month and linking it up on Vonnie's blog. Come and have a look, there are some properly interesting bloggers hanging out and writing stuff worth reading.
