I am coming to you tonight to show you how I totally kicked some veggie trash
Breakfast
1 epic breakfast sandwich made with 2 gluten free waffles, jam and a fried egg (awake tea with soy)
Lunch
1 turkey burger wrapped in lettuce and a diet coke.
Snack(s)
An unpictured crystal light slurpee of the peach mango flavor.
Then after my workout of 30 minutes cardio DVD I had a large fuji apple and a Zico mango coconut water.
Dinner
1 small salad with ranch dressing and a medium/large baked potato stuffed with veggies and topped with cheese!
Boo yeah! I totally kicked some veggie trash today!
