A Friday Find For Baby

Posted on the 16 December 2011 by Lisa @Lisapatb
I came across this new baby mat over on Stumble Upon from a pediatrician name Dr. Lisa Dana who I've stumbled with for over a year. This Well Baby Tummy Time Mat intrigued me and I thought you would like it too for those with babies in the family or friends with babies. I wonder if it would work for puppies too?

The mat is intended to help infants develop core strength, gross motor and fine motor skills. This mat also helps with "Flat Head" syndrome.  13% of babies born are known to have flat head. It is not known to be dangerous but can disfigure the head for 3 to 5 years. Doctors should be sure it is not caused by craniosynostosis- a serious skull problem that requires surgery.

The mat will help babies develop cognitive development skills, hand and eye coordination along with socialization skills.  Tummy time may be challenge for some babies who will not like being on their tummies. This mat is ergonomically designed for these challenges so babies will be happy and be able to have some tummy time. The material of the mat is very easy to clean as babies tend to droll a lot.  It contains NO PVC's, Phalates, BPA, or  any Formaldehydes. It is recommended by pediatricians to be used 30-60 minutes daily.

They are offering Free Shipping through December 31st, 2011!
