For our birthday present Jared’s mom and dad are taking us to a play tonight.

I am not much of a play person, probably because I have a super short attentions span. Plus I am one of those people in the theater or any move that goes through the entire movie, and then I turn to Jared and ask, wait those 2 people were the same person.. I’m going to need to see the movie again! I don’t get things on the spot. However I do appreciate acting, I am a terrible actress. I can’t even keep a straight face while telling a lie, ask my dad. I tried to lie to him one time. I was sneaking out of the house, and he caught me while I was half way down the street at 3am, and he yells to me from our porch, and tells me to get back into the house. His yell was more of a “your pathetic” yell then a “I’m angry” yell! I look up at him, and my face probably looked like a kid on christmas, because I was so surprised he was there. My response was, the dogs got out! As they were snuggled up in their bed in the house, where my dad was at.
Anyway. I am excited for this play. Mostly because I do enjoy hanging out with my mother and father in-law, and they are providing us with dinner, which is good since last night I ate popcorn dipped in ranch dressing AGAIN for dinner. Also, because I have this ADORABLE new black lace jacket that I’ve been dying to wear, that will totally make me look smokin’ hot! Jared appreciates my style when I look hot, that’s just a fact.
Also have you noticed that once you get in a serious relationship, like you’ve been together more than a few years, things start to get routine. Jared and I make sure we spend at least like 30 minutes together a night, during the weekdays, because sometimes it’s too easy to do your own thing and forgot to love up on your spouse, we all need that. So this play is a chance for us to go out without our cell phones, without our puppy, and with our family to have a good night and make a memory!
