So I tried my first drink today and it wasnt as bad as I though it would be. I used 2 handfuls of spinich, 1 banana, 1 pear, 1 apple and added the water to it. I wanted to start off a little easy and if I liked it(which I do) I will become a little more brave and start adding more greens to it.
So for my new diet plan, I will be starting off with having 2 of these each day but I will be having a dinner meal as lets face it, I am going to need some kind of food/protein in my stomach. I don't think I could live off of just drinking these. So I will see how this all goes first and if things need to be changed around in this diet, it will down the road. I am hoping this will fill me up and not have to have little munchies of junk food during the day.
So wish me luck on this new healthy diet and cross your fingers that I will stick for it. If all goes well I will update you on the outcome of this little test.
