I finally did my run at 3:30 this afternoon, and you know what??? It wasn’t bad at all. I actually ran my last mile under at a 9:43 average.
Booyeah!
After my run I did a few stretches and used “The Stick” to roll out all my tight muscles. My calves were pretty tight from a week of running hills.
“The Stick” is just a fancy new word for a Tiger Tail made by Fleet Feet. It’s a life saver. My muscles are so much happier after getting all rolled out.
I was 8 ways of Stoked after my run but 10 ways of disappointed, frustrated and sad about our team’s loss tonight. It was so close the entire game, we even shot a 2 with only a few minutes left to get us down by 1. But we lost by 3 at the end so now I’m drinking beer.
